Before the book reaches a customer, the bookstore carried out much work. Despite all automation, it remains extremely labour-intensive product. If your order arrived entire or partly you are obligated to purchase.

Order with care. If you are not sure about a certain book order it on the moment that it is clear.. Erroneous ordered books may be returned only under particular conditions. This to judgement of the bookstore.

General is handled according to the next rules:

• the book is undamaged and not written in
• the book is no special or imported edition
• the book is returned within 14 days after it hase become availlable to you
• the book is compensated for at most 90%

All prices include VAT and restricted. The prices of foreign books are dependent on courses and can deviate lightly..

The cheapest and fastest way to obtain your books is to collect them at our store. Payment is possible in cash and with PINcard.

We also dispatch at a reduced postal rate, payment is done by Bank, by authorization
